As the technology and computerization continued to grow in our practice, so did our I.T. support needs. The response time from the previous company that we were using was getting longer and longer, and this became very frustrating. If we have a problem with anything, we call Patriot Tech Services first, and they deal with the problem. We can focus on taking care of our patients, while Patriot Tech Services takes care of us. Our practice support staff can focus on patient care and office management, and not spend hours dealing with a vendor, trying to get a piece of equipment back up and running. That makes us more efficient and more profitable. We recently added more space to our practice. Patriot Tech Services surveyed the new space and told us what we would need to connect our old office to the new space, and made sure we had enough connections to make all our equipment work. They worked around our schedule, so our patients were never disturbed during business hours. It was a smooth, successful expansion with less issues than we expected.
